Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Upon order submission, all orders will be shipped within 2- business days.
  • We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or US national holidays.
  • Orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. Central time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via ground unless otherwise noted upon checkout.
  • Orders of $75 or more pre-tax ship free. All orders under $75 pre-tax carry a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.
  • We are not able to provide expedited shipping.
  • SIDI orders only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or to any other countries.
  • Once the carrier has confirmed delivery of the product, the product’s security is the recipient’s responsibility. SIDI is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

  • We work to process orders quickly, which can make order cancellation impossible.
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team by email at sidisupport@qbp.com and they will assess your order status and work with you on cancellation if possible or the creation of a return if necessary.
